Major scale - 7th chords arpeggios and modes

In this video I demonstrate a great exercise to practice the 7th chords arpeggios and the modes of the major scale.
Starting from the G note, play one octave arpeggio ascending and descending and do the same with relative mode in the same octave. Start the exercise from the Lydian mode and lower one note every time around until you get to the Locrian mode. This exercise must be practiced in all the keys and positions. Enjoy!

Starting from the tonic of C major, in any position, play the whole shape up and down and then move to the next key always starting from the tonic closest to the previous key.

Major triads exercise on the circle of fifths

Starting from a C major triad, descend to the next one moving as little as possible until you get to the lowest possible triad. This exercise must be done both in closed voicing and drop 2.
